All I want for Christmas

I was googling images for the church bulletin yesterday when I came across this image with led to a site for "unusual Christmas trees". This particular image caught my attention - and now I want one.

Don't you think this would solve the spacial issues that come up in small homes over the Christmas holidays? Not to mention that all those lovely hanging ornaments would just hang all the lovelier? Even the prezzies could be stacked higher (not that prezzies are important mind you).

Give it to me straight people - isn't this just a fantastic idea?

Can you all put together a fund for me to purchase this tree. Paalleeeeezzeeee!

Either way, the cat is gonna climb it and topple it over! At least ours would ;0)

How much are they that a fund is needed! It's interesting, but you would have to evenly placed your decorations or it would topple maybe?

These trees seem to range in price around the $250-$300 mark. I don't really want one, but it gave me a good chuckle when I came across it. We have such a small living room that this tree would still give us the "living" space we need. Besides - my husband would never go for it, and the cats - well one in particular - would be deviously scheming to find a way to get perched on top.

It looks like the upside down bag I used for my tomatoes this summer! It's cool! Go for it!

This is nuts! Does it attach to the ceiling for a true upside down effect, or just hover like a giant Christmas torch?
